Your Story Matters Here
Healing doesn't have to mean forgetting what happened. Sometimes, healing means understanding your story, finding your voice, building new tools, and discovering that the experiences you've lived through don't have to define where you go next.
You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy.
You just have to take the first step.
Let's take that step together.
