Therapy Services
Trauma Therapy
Trauma-informed support for processing difficult experiences at your own pace, in a space built on safety and trust.
Trauma can shape how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Whether your experiences happened recently or years ago, therapy offers a space to process them gently — at a pace that feels safe for you.
Sasha Collins, MS, LPC, has spent more than 12 years providing trauma-informed care, including specialized support for survivors of domestic and sexual violence and childhood adversity. Her approach is grounded in trust, collaboration, and the belief that healing doesn't look the same for everyone.
