Meet Your Therapist
Meet Sasha
Sasha Collins, MS, LPC — Licensed Professional Counselor
Sasha brings more than 12 years of experience providing trauma-informed care to children, teens, adults, and families. Her work is especially focused on supporting people impacted by trauma, domestic and sexual violence, childhood adversity, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
As a certified Domestic & Sexual Violence Advocate and LGBTQ+ ally, Sasha is committed to creating an environment where every identity is respected and every story is welcomed. She has a particular passion for supporting individuals and communities who have historically felt unseen or unheard, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients.
Her approach is grounded in trust, collaboration, and the belief that healing doesn't look the same for everyone. Sessions blend evidence-based approaches — including trauma-focused therapy, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness — with creative, whole-person practices like walk-and-talk and sound bowl therapy.
